Fulfilled by our friends at Sturdy Brothers
This waxed canvas apron is made from the finest canvas and leather components, so it's extremely durable and capable. We use a blend of local beeswax along with paraffin wax and linseed oil to coat the canvas to protect and perfect the weathered look.
Our Sturdy Brothers Charles Apron would make a great purchase for barbers, baristas, woodworkers, potters, handymen, and anything in between. We encourage anyone and everyone who likes to get their hands dirty to grab one of these.
This apron is proudly sported by some of the top baristas in the world. Because of our involvement with the Specialty Coffee Association of America we have partnered to provide aprons to some of the top competitors of the coffee industry. Including Lem Butler (US Barista Champion/ Counter Culture Coffee), Benjamin Put (3 Time Canadian Barista Champion/ Monogram Coffee), and Todd Goldsworthy (US Brewers Cup Champion/ Klatch Coffee).
We also highly recommend the Charles to anyone who barbers as a profession. The fine folks down at Mercer Studio use this apron as their choice uniform pic. Also Mail Room Barber, a pomade supply company has been sporting a custom made SB apron for promotion and hair cutting for a couple years now.
Several fellow woodworkers also endorse this product. We have had the pleasure of working with Highland Woodworking out of Atlanta, GA on a Charles Apron Project. Also our good friend from Athens, GA, Sons of Sawdust can be found sporting these aprons in their shop.
